Our public work today has been most visible through mobility support and veteran stories that reflect regained freedom, dignity, and connection. As VRF grows, we are building toward a more coordinated model of veterans relief designed to support veterans across multiple, connected areas of need. VRF’s live site currently presents mobility as a core area of impact, and your developing program model expands that vision through Provisions, Mobility, Recreation, and Resources.
Why Our Impact Matters
Veterans often face challenges that do not exist in isolation. A need related to mobility can also affect healthcare access, employment, family life, and community participation. A lack of daily essentials can affect stability. Limited connection can affect emotional wellness. Difficulty navigating systems can delay access to critical support.
That is why VRF is working to build a more coordinated approach to veterans relief. The goal is not simply to respond to one issue at a time, but to create a structure that makes support more connected, more accessible, and more meaningful for the veterans we serve.
Impact Across Our Program Pillars
VRF’s program model is organized around four integrated pillars that are intended to work together within one coordinated system. This pillar framework reflects the coordinated veterans relief model VRF is building, with access intended to begin through the free MyVRF membership, so veterans can enter through one intake process rather than multiple disconnected systems.
